Ok, so you missed a Monday. So what?! There’s still days left in the week so let’s do some at home work outs! Pick one a day and get to it!

  • 10 push ups (regular or on knees, if on knees make sure that your  knees are far enough back that your b0dy is still in a straight line from neck to knees)
  • 15 squat jumps
  • 30 sec plank
  • COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS WITH 1 MINUTE REST IN BETWEEN!

 

  • 10 plank walk outs (start standing then bend over towards floor and walk hands out to a plank. Walk your hands back towards feet, while trying to keep legs straight, and stand back up)
  • 20 lunges (10 each leg)
  • 20 Glute pulses (get into a wide squat then pulse up and down without coming all the way up. Knees stay bent.)
  • 15 crunches
  • COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS WITH 1 MINUTE REST IN BETWEEN!

 

  • 30 Bicycle crunches
  • 30 second wall sit
  • 30 second high knees
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS WITH 1 MINUTE REST IN BETWEEN!
