Snack Attack!

Happy Friday Ladies!

We have YET again, by the grace of The Most High, have made it through another week! *insert praise dance*

I hope that you were intentional about your fitness/health/body goals this week! If not, maybe I can help for the new week coming.

I find that a lot of my friends have jobs where they sit all day and snack on anything in the office lounge, so I have decided to give you all (yup, another list) my 10 ten favorite fit snacks. These will keep your hands out of those cookies Dan brings in every week or the chips in the vending machine!

  1. Harvest Snaps Lentil Bean Crisps (any flavor) IMG_1075.JPG.jpeg

I am a potato chip addict and with these bad boys I may be rehabilitated! These have the consistency of Hot Fries with a host of tasty options. I have tried the Lightly Salted and Tomato Basil flavors. The serving size is 28g with 6 grams of fat, 2 grams of fiber, and 5 grams of protein!

2. Granny Smith apple with PB&Co. White Chocolate Peanut ButterIMG_1078.JPG.jpeg

This peanut butter is fantastic! It is all natural but no, it does not have actual white chocolate in it. This sweet and tangy treat will definitely not disappoint.

3. Jell-O & Cool WhipIMG_1079.JPG.jpeg

This snack is super low carb and will leave you pretty full due to the volume of the jell-o. Did you know Jell-O actually has 1-2 grams of protein per serving?!

4. Trail Mix (no candy!)

This changes all of the time for me so thats why there is no picture. I usually mix dried fruits with a mixture of nuts and when I’m feeling exceptionally snazzy I add in some dark chocolate for a lower sugar option.

I am a huge cheese lover so these are right up my alley. This sweet and salty snack packs a powerful protein punch!

6. RiceWorks Rice ChipsIMG_1081.JPG.jpeg

I randomly picked these up at the grocery store once and now I pick up a bag every time I go. This is my favorite flavor and the Sweet Chili flavor is running a very close second.

7.  (Quaker Brand) Caramel Corn Rice Cakes w/ Peanut Butter

I dont have any of these stocked (sobbing) but I steal these from my boyfriend quite frequently (love makes you do crazy things…right? lol).

8. Bai Drinks (any flavor)


I thought I’d add in some hydration snacks…if thats a thing lol I love the Brasilia Blueberry. With natural flavors and the sweet touch of Stevia, how could you say no?

This is my favorite yogurt right now because of the low carbs and high protein. plus it tastes bomb! I added a scoop of peanut butter to the vanilla flavor and was in love.

10. Blue Diamond Almonds IMG_1084.JPG.jpeg

The good fats in almonds will keep you full until lunch or dinner. My favorite flavor is that Honey Roasted Chipotle…sweet and salty with a little kick!
